<strong>Paid ad copy creation: </strong>Develop and optimize compelling ad copy for various paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize click-through rates and conversions.</li>

</ul><h3>The job in a nutshell</h3><p dir="ltr">We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in shaping our engineering strategy, driving technical excellence, and enhancing the developer experience.<br><br>As a Staff Engineer, you will provide thought leadership in defining best practices, fostering innovation, and mentoring engineers to navigate complex technical challenges. Your contributions will ensure our platform remains aligned with our product strategy, business growth, and long-term strategic vision.<br></p><p>  </p><h3>You’ll spend time on the following</h3><ul>
