You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing data infrastructure and reporting needs, helping teams become data-driven, and creating data products for clients. This isn't just a role; it's your chance to make a real difference by having a wide impact, high visibility, and operating with autonomy while helping shape our HR Tech startup. You'll directly contribute to TestGorilla's mission by helping shape our data capabilities. <li>Uphold TestGorilla's behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.</li>

<li>Creating and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines.</li>
<li>Creating and maintaining dbt models.</li>
<li>Creating and maintaining dashboards in our analytics tool.</li>
<li>Triaging reporting requests from different departments.</li>
<li>Creating data products that will be visible directly by our clients, such as Embedded Analytics, Data APIs or ML/LLM models.</li>
<li>Working with infrastructure as code (in Terraform + AWS).</li>
</ul> <h1 dir="ltr">What you'll bring</h1>We're looking for someone who:<ul>

<li>Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li>

<li>Has a very good command of SQL and Python.</li>
<li>Has previous experience with dbt.</li>
<li>Has previous experience with Holistics or Looker (or similar: AQL or LookML).</li>
<li>Has previous experience implementing ETL/ELT data pipelines.</li>
<li>Has previous experience with infrastructure as code.</li>
<li>Is good at stakeholder management and organizing requests in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Is a highly collaborative person with a go-getter attitude that can thrive with little direction.</li>
<li>Has excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in plain English.</li>

</ul><h3>The job in a nutshell</h3>As a brand new role, you’ll be crafting a partner ecosystem from scratch. We believe there is a huge opportunity to support the growth of our business by unlocking new relationships with other organizations in the market. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that fuel our business growth and expand our market reach. Naturally, that means you’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to produce a smart plan that delivers results across multiple internal stakeholders. You will have your own budget, bundles of autonomy and access to the support of both the senior leadership team and marketing’s creative resources. <li>Identify and develop partnerships: research and identify high-potential strategic partners, including tech companies, industry leaders, and other relevant organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships to expand business opportunities and revenue streams.</li>
<li>Commercial negotiation: lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. Effectively articulate value propositions to partners, driving mutually beneficial terms and agreements.</li>
<li>Partnership strategy: collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine partnership strategies. Create a pipeline of prospects and manage the flow of new business through the sales organization</li>
<li>Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader company strategies. Coordinate joint go-to-market plans, promotional efforts, and integration strategies and unlock potential new product integration opportunities.</li>
<li>Revenue growth: ensure that partnerships contribute to revenue generation, with a focus on maximizing ROI. Set clear commercial KPIs for each partnership and measure success based on revenue, growth, and engagement metrics.</li>
<li>Ongoing relationship management: Nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing value and collaboration. Continuously assess partner performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.</li>
