Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner to work closely with our CEO and executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and requires someone who can be a gatekeeper to the CEO's time, solve problems, lead teams, and act as the eyes and ears on the ground. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a leadership role in Sales Operations and Marketing, providing a pathway for career advancement and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and communication.

  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in managing projects and initiatives related to sales, marketing, and business development.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the CEO's time and prioritize tasks based on strategic objectives.

  • Lead and manage special projects, initiatives, and teams as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex challenges.

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and team members.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, and provide regular updates to the CEO.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and hands-on approach to work.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a growth mindset.
