In this multifaceted role, you will support executive leadership, coordinate operational activities, and manage projects to drive efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Operations Coordination:
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3+ years in roles such as Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Project Manager.
Proven experience in managing projects and supporting executive-level staff.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
