Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales team to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of sales processes and will contribute to our overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.

  • Identify and target prospective customers through cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand client needs and present solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets and quotas.

  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with a BBA/MBA degree are welcome to apply.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients.

  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Motivated to achieve goals and targets.

Benefits:

  • Based on performance, salary ranging from ₹3,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 after confirmation.
