Escrow Specialist-Mortgage Service Center

Bishop & Company is seeking an Escrow Specialist for a financial organization in Honolulu.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for administering all aspects of the escrow account including tax, insurance, escrow analysis, and escrow account maintenance in the servicing system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • 1 year of experience in loan servicing, insurance, or real estate tax experience required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must possess analytical skills to research, resolve, and communicate issues with customers, lending and origination staff, and management.

  • Displays strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Effectively manages time and meets deadlines.

  • Possesses strong mathematical skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.

Pay: $20hr
