We're a fast-growing digital agency working with content creators across social and subscription-based platforms. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations & Onboarding Assistant to support the smooth running of our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule team shifts using staff scheduling software

  • Organise and upload digital content for client accounts

  • Send email outreach to job candidates and book interview calls

  • Prepare staff payment breakdowns for director approval

  • Onboard new team members and clients (contracts, KYC, tracking)

  • Maintain organised internal systems and follow SOPs
