Overview

The Graphic Designer plays a central role in crafting compelling visual content for Design Pickle’s clients. This position offers an opportunity to leverage diverse aspects of the graphic design process, encompassing ideation, creation, and delivery of high-quality visuals aligned with client requirements.

Work hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST/EST (You can use this link to make the time conversion on your end!)

Scope of Work

  • Daily Collaboration: Engages regularly with Customers, Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and other Creatives.

  • Client Communication: Engage with Design Pickle's customers, understanding their queue, and overall process, and address graphic design-related concerns effectively.

  • Collaborative Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the Team Coordinator and Quality Specialists to ensure design quality adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Visual Content Creation and Graphic Editing: Craft visually engaging designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital channels, by transforming raw visual assets into polished, high-quality designs aligned with client brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Asset Management: Organize digital assets including images, project files, and graphics efficiently.

  • Skill Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.

  • Client-Centric Flexibility: Adapt to additional service requirements as needed by the client.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.

  • Experience in crafting visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient project execution.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Keep in mind that after the recruitment process, you’ll participate in a 2-week program we call Brine, where we’ll need your availability during regular working hours in the PST timezone. Throughout this period, you’ll engage in tasks similar to the projects our creatives handle daily. The main goal is to showcase your ability to deliver top-notch designs quickly. You’ll receive the necessary resources and valuable tips to enhance your workflow. It’s important to note that this phase serves as a pass/fail assessment for full onboarding onto Make Relish.
