We are laser-focused on one goal: driving qualified leads for our partners in the timeshare, vacation ownership, and fractional ownership industries. We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial system by meticulously managing both internal payroll and client financials.
Meticulously track weekly billings for our clients. Leverage your strong analytical skills to compare billing invoices to internal and external reports, ensuring we receive payment for all outstanding sales.
Ensure accurate data entry for all billing information.
Monitor revenue generation and maintain detailed records.
Categorize all client transactions accurately within the QuickBooks system.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
Payroll Processing:
Manage all aspects of bi-weekly/monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax regulations.
Maintain employee payroll records and issue pay stubs.
File all necessary payroll taxes and reports on time.
Track and categorize internal expenses, including Google Ads spend.
Maintain accurate expense records by keeping copies of receipts for auditing purposes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field, with experience in payroll processing preferred.
Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with payroll processing software (a plus).
Efficient computer skills with a stable internet connection, headset, and laptop/computer.
