Our valued Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring digital content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website. This role ensures all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met for engagement, reach, and consistency in branding.The coordinator will work closely with internal teams to develop engaging content, optimize posting strategies, and analyse performance data to refine content approaches.
Content Creation & Scheduling:
Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
Repurpose long-form content (such as LinkedIn videos) into shorter, engaging snippets for different platforms.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Content Performance & KPI Management:
Ensure content posting schedules align with engagement and growth KPIs.
Track and report on content performance across all platforms, using analytics tools.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on different content types to determine the most effective formats..
Website Content Management:
Write and publish blog articles, case studies, and updates on the company website.
Ensure SEO best practices are followed for all website content.
Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms
Posting Consistency: Ensure content is published on schedule without gaps.
Engagement Metrics: Increase likes, shares, comments, and interactions per post.
Audience Growth: Grow followers/subscribers across all platforms.
Video Performance: Increase watch time, views, and engagement on video content.
Website Traffic: Improve organic traffic to website articles and blog posts.
Lead Generation: Monitor and optimize content impact on business inquiries and leads.
Proven experience in content creation, social media management & digital marketing.
Quiet home-office and strong internet connection required
Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g Buffer, Hootsuite)
Experience with Canva
Knowledge of SEO best practices for website content.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
