We're a fast-growing IT asset disposition startup looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketing Data Analyst to own our revenue engine. This is a rare opportunity to build systems, processes, and campaigns from the ground up with direct executive exposure and mentorship.
You'll work directly with our Head of Business Development to craft and execute our go-to-market strategy. No bureaucracy. No politics. Just results-driven work where your impact is immediately visible.
You will also be supported with all the tools you need to succeed: you will have guidance from world-class growth marketers and CRM experts we have on retainer so help is always a call away.

Build & Optimize Our Growth Machine
Gather data from various sources, including web analytics, social media platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Design and iterate cold email campaigns that actually convert
Develop targeting strategies that put our message in front of the right decision-makers
Run data-driven split tests to continuously improve performance
Revolutionize our cold calling approach with innovative tech solutions
Own Our CRM & Data Infrastructure
Become the master of our Hubspot instance
Build and maintain integrations that automate tedious work
Solve complex data problems before they impact the business
Create dashboards that drive intelligent decision-making
Lead Generation That Actually Works
Build prospect lists that our sales team actually wants to call
Collaborate with our cold email partners to create campaigns that deliver results
Enable our BDRs with the data and tools they need to crush their quotas
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Analyze customer data to identify segments, preferences, and behaviors.
Monitor overall marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are:
Tech-savvy hustler: You've mastered Hubspot and cold email platforms like Instantly.ai or Smartlead.ai
Automation enthusiast: Experience with Clay.com, Zapier, Make, or N8N is a major plus

Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 with bonus potential
Location: 100% remote
Hours: Flexible with general availability during EST business hours
Benefits: 10 days PTO and 4% 401k matching (after first year), 8 paid holidays
