About the Role
We are looking for someone who is a proactive innovator and problem-solver. This role requires high-level thinking and initiative to constantly refine and optimize our systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our processes evolve alongside our growing business needs.
Main Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, and Airtable.
Develop and refine tech processes to enhance efficiency and improve scalability across the organization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify automation opportunities.
Integrate various systems and tools, including Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms, to streamline operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of automation tools.
Key Duties
Design, test, and implement no-code/low-code automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workflows, integrations, and system configurations proactively.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, COO, and CEO to align automation strategies with business goals.
Document processes, workflows, and training materials for organizational knowledge-sharing.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Make, Zapier, Airtable, and other automation tools.
Solid understanding of Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion).
Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset to identify and solve inefficiencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with flexibility in CST time zone.
Desired Skills/Experience
Previous experience in business process optimization or operational systems design.
Familiarity with no-code builders and workflow automation best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in implementing solutions.
Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with day-to-day operations.
Experience collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
