We are seeking a Client Success Manager with experience in DSP advertising to manage relationships with existing clients. You’ll be responsible for delivering monthly reports, offering strategic recommendations, and ensuring campaign performance meets client expectations through consistent communication and performance monitoring.
Deliver Monthly Performance Reports: Present detailed insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
Monitor Campaign Performance: Track weekly metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and adjust campaigns to align with client goals.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact, addressing marketing and technical questions.
New Client Launches: Collaborate with the launch team to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
Campaign Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for campaign adjustments and optimizations.
Advertising/Digital Marketing Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon DSP) with an understanding of campaign optimization.
Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing client relationships and communicating effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
eCommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs like ROAS and CPA.
Analytical & Reporting Skills: Experience in generating performance reports and presenting actionable insights to clients.
Project/Campaign Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
Proactivity: Takes initiative and anticipates client needs.
Client-Centric: Focused on long-term relationships and exceptional service.
Adaptability: Learns and adapts quickly to new tools and platforms.
Accountability: Takes ownership of work and meets deadlines.
