IT & Tech Admin Support Specialist Reports To: Business Support / Ops Location: Remote (Mexico Time)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a tech-heavy environment and can handle a variety of admin tasks with precision and speed. This role requires a strong focus on security and privacy, as you’ll be managing sensitive information. Agency experience is preferred, and Amazon agency experience would be a huge bonus. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, quick to learn, and eager to support a growing, dynamic team.
Manage and maintain the company’s tech stack, including onboarding and offboarding employees.
Administer and troubleshoot tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Bitwarden (password manager).
Respond to tech-related tickets, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
Create and maintain Slack channels, manage access to tools, and set up new accounts for approved software.
Assist in managing Amazon-related tools and systems, supporting the broader team as needed.
Uphold security and privacy standards while handling sensitive company information.
Execute onboarding/offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions with tools and accounts.
Maintain organization and access permissions for tools in the tech stack (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Bitwarden).
Respond to and resolve tech tickets efficiently, such as creating new accounts or granting tool access.
Support leadership by implementing decisions related to tech tools and configurations.
Learn and adapt to new tools quickly to support evolving business needs.
Ensure security protocols are followed when handling sensitive data and user credentials.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack, Bitwarden, and other PM software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of IT security and privacy best practices.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new systems.
Previous experience in a tech/IT support role, ideally in an agency environment.
Experience working with Amazon management tools is a significant plus.
Familiarity with tech stacks in fast-paced agencies or e-commerce environments.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members across departments.
Experience in setting up and managing user access across multiple platforms.
Competitive Salary: $400 - $1000 USD per month (Based on expertise).
