We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized service, addressing customer needs, and exceeding customer expectations.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or customer-facing environment preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Strong product/service knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Customer service certifications (e.g., ICMI, HDI) preferred.
Work Environment: Call center or office environment with minimal noise and distractions.
Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly Salary: $45 per hour.
