As my Executive Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that my time, energy, and focus are directed toward high-impact activities.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex scheduling across multiple businesses and personal priorities.
Inbox Management: Organize and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Project Management: Transform high-level ideas into actionable plans, track progress, and deliver results.
Proactive Support: Anticipate my needs and streamline operations to maximize my efficiency.
Research & Procurement: Conduct minor research tasks, such as vendor selection, reviews, and negotiations.
Recruiting Support: Assist HR with sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
CEO Representation: Act as my “stunt double” in meetings, decision-making, and executing tasks with a mindset of ownership and leadership.

You MUST have:
At least 5 years of experience as an EA supporting a CEO or entrepreneur.
Proven expertise in managing complex calendars, emails, and projects.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience with tools like Google Suite, Asana, Excel, and emerging technologies like ChatGPT.
A fully reliable backup power and internet connection.
Full-time availability during US Central Business Hours.
