Responsibilities

Financial Record Management

• Accurate Financial Records: Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records using Quickbooks, Bill.com and other platforms

• Proficient handling of general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and sales tax calculations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Strategic Decision Support: Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow statements, Simple Numbers, models, etc.).

• Provide insightful and actionable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Reconciliation and Monitoring

• Financial Compliance: Monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions, supplier invoices, and other financial accounts.

Performance Monitoring, Analysis & Improvement

• Efficient Processes: Implement streamlined processes for improved efficiency and accuracy for operations.

• Tracking KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance.

• Proactive in improving business operations to improve KPIs.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Company budgeting & Forecasting

• Create an operational budget aligned to company goals and integrated with the operational model

• Monitor and report performance against actuals

• Provide insights and actions to improve forecasting and improve company performance.

Continuous Learning & Implementation

• Continuous Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and e-commerce and digital growth metrics.
