What will I actually be doing?

We are looking for people that would be EXCITED to do the following:

• Stay sharp with the latest technical proficiency and use the latest tech, creative problem solving, and project management skills.

• Love to just get sh*t done by running fast with a new idaeas from start to finish, from anything including AI tools, Marketing and web development tools.

• Bring marketing, e-commerce and other growth related ideas to life and see the impact of your work into the results of the company.

Do I need experience?

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing or web development roles for a startup or fast growing company

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms (e.g.,WooCommerce).

• Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce tools, website analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

• Exceptional project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Creative thinking and passionate about staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Bonus skills/experience (not required):

• E-commerce of SaaS experince

• Industrial experience (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Hazardous Area, etc) Managed remote, task based teams

• You are an Ex-founder or have Entrepreurial experience - tried and failed or succeeded, doesn’t matter.
