We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, end-to-end sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong communication channels with clients. The candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in software sales, with a focus on SAAS products. Experience in selling SAAS CRM solutions will be highly advantageous.
Salary: INR 5,000 per month (internship) + INR 5,000 (per sale)
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our CRM solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software sales with a focus on SAAS products.
Experience selling SAAS CRM solutions is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales presentations as required.
