Customer Success Engineer(Project Manager) for WordPress
We are Lime Street (DK Sp. z o.o.) a boutique digital product design and development company specialized in WordPress development and design. We create web platforms, applications, and custom software solutions. Based in Europe, we have been serving the WordPress community since 2010 with our innovative themes and plugins, some of which are featured in the official WordPress repository. We have also sold our products on various marketplaces such as Themeforest, Creative Market, and Mojo Marketplace. Our mission is to create tailor-made WordPress solutions for clients across the globe. To achieve this, we are looking for an Customer Success Engineer who share our passion and expertise.
As a Customer Success Engineer/Manager, you will act as the bridge between our customers and our development team, driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role blends the dynamics of a WordPress Developer with the empathetic, solution-oriented approach of a Customer Success Engineer. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of client interactions from initial contact, through requirement gathering and project scoping, to final delivery and ongoing support. Lead Management: Actively work with inbound sales leads, managing the prospect pipelinefrom initial inquiry to conversion.
Sales and Pitching: Engage in online bidding and crafting compelling pitches on platformssuch as Upwork; prepare tailored offers that resonate with potential clients.
Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points andrequirements, empathizing with their needs to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
Scope Definition: Gather detailed requirements from clients to define and prepare clear scope of work.
Quotation Preparation: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to potential clients, reflecting the scope and value of proposed solutions.
Technical Liaison: Translate customer needs into technical requirements for the development team and communicate technical solutions back to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment on both sides.
Project Management: Act as the anchor between the client and the development team, managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.\
User Story Creation: Craft clear and concise user stories to guide the development process.
Software Engagement: Participate in software testing phases to ensure the final product meets client needs.
Industry Expertise: Maintain a solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and web project management to enhance service delivery and client communication.
Familiar with Elementor, Figma, CSS/HTML and JavaScript
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot WordPress
Strong familiarity with the WordPress platform or extensive experience managing web-based projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications and conversely, explain complex technical details in layman's terms.
Experience with online bidding and sales platforms such as Upwork.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
Provide prospect with the Scope of Work (SoW) and quote
A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving excellent service standards and with a focus on retaining strategy.
Continuously research WordPress trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing tactics to enhance sales strategies
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
