We’re me!Maybe – a very new recruiting agency connecting top talent, especially from Latin America, with fast-growing US-based companies. We help companies hire better, faster, and cheaper while giving badass professionals overseas the opportunities they deserve.

We need a sharp, people-savvy recruiter to join the team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love matching top talent with the right roles, and want to work with an agency that actually gives a damn about candidates, keep reading.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find & Attract Top Talent: Hunt for the best candidates across different countries using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own creative sourcing methods.

  • Run a Killer Hiring Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment—from initial outreach to onboarding candidates. You’ll screen, interview, and assess candidates like a pro.

  • Be a Talent Matchmaker: Understand what both candidates and companies want, then make the perfect match.

  • Client Success: Work closely with our clients, keeping them in the loop and ensuring they get top-notch candidates.

  • Optimize & Improve: Bring fresh ideas to make our hiring process even faster, smoother, and more efficient. If there’s a better way to do something, we wanna hear it.

  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Help our clients see the value of hiring globally and breaking biases in recruitment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruiting Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of placing candidates successfully.

  • Overseas Recruiting Experience: If you have experience hiring internationally, that would be a huge bonus.

  • Fluent in English: You can hold professional conversations with clients and candidates confidently.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Breezy, myInterview, Willo, etc.

  • Proactive & Resourceful: You don’t wait for things to happen—you make them happen.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You know how to sell a role to a candidate and build rapport.

  • Extreme Ownership: We’re looking for someone who delivers and owns their work.
