Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving Metana’s growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our vision of transforming digital education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping new applicants in the admissions process

  • Engaging in student interaction to promote our boot camp offerings

  • Learning and applying sales techniques and strategies.

  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and customers.

  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing customer data.

  • Participating in sales meetings and contributing ideas.

  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events or campaigns.

  • Outreach for outbound leads

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Or graduated.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Proficiency in CRM software.

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
