About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Team Lead to manage a talented team of UX/UI specialists and content creators. This role combines expertise in UX/UI design, digital marketing, and leadership to drive engagement, growth, and high-quality campaigns. You will oversee strategy and execution, ensuring all projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the team to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.

  • Foster collaboration among UX/UI specialists, content creators, and marketers.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads.

  • Oversee content strategies for organic and paid campaigns.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics 4 to track performance and optimise results.

UX/UI and Content Optimization

  • Optimise landing pages, email templates, and website designs for B2C growth.

  • Create user-centric designs with wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

  • Leverage Generative AI tools for content and design enhancements.

Platform-Specific Management

  • Execute campaigns tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR and privacy regulations.

  • Oversee website updates using WordPress.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4.

  • Provide actionable insights and present progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Essential Skills

  • Creative Arts graduate (Graphic Design, Art, Ux/Ui) Or Marketing, Advertising

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English at C1+ Level

  • Team leadership with experience managing creative or marketing teams.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

  • Familiarity with agile workflows.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Marketing, and Google Ads.

  • Expertise in SEO, including copywriting, outreach, and technical SEO.

  • Social media management and email marketing skills.

  • Strong analytics experience with tools like Google Analytics 4.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Generative AI tools.

  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • UK GDPR compliance

  • Familiarity with WordPress administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design or a related field (strongly preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and marketing strategy.

  • Creative Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI designs and marketing campaigns.

Salary: £400–£500 GBP/month, starting based on experience (performance reviewed after 3 months).

Additional Information

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday), working to GMT hours.

  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term (renewable based on performance).

  • Infrastructure Requirements: Reliable internet (30 Mbps+), computer (Windows 10+, 8 GB RAM), and power backup.
