About the Role:

As a Sales/Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our learners enjoy a seamless and personalized experience. Your goal is to build rapport, guide them through their educational process, and foster positive relationships that encourage future recommendations. If you are eager to showcase your customer service skills or are ready to learn and grow in this field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is part-time (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM, 4 hours/day), with potential to transition to full-time depending on college contracts.

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Initial 3 months

Compensation:

Part-time: £150.00 PCM

Full-time: £300.00 PCM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with learners to confirm they have received their college allocation information and understand the next steps.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure learners are enrolled and address any issues.

  • Follow up with learners facing challenges and assist in resolving them.

  • Manage incoming conversations via SMS, email, and calls with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions in our CRM and backend systems.

  • Provide feedback to colleges about non-responsive learners.

  • Keep spreadsheets, back-office systems, and CRM data up to date.

  • Technical Requirements:

  • Fluent, native, or bilingual proficiency in English.

  • Reside within a 3-hour time difference from the UK.

  • Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps and a reliable backup power source (if in an area with frequent power cuts).

Equipment:

  • Laptop/Computer: Intel i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 or macOS.

  • Integrated camera or webcam, and headset.

  • Comfortable making calls for up to 7 hours per day.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • No prior experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided!
