We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, communication, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a remote work environment.
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Handle data entry, documentation, and file organization
Assist with customer service via email, chat, or phone
Research and compile information as needed
Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports
Assist with social media management and content scheduling
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (if required)
Provide general administrative support to the team
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, or CRM software is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Experience in customer support, social media management, or bookkeeping
Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop)
Ability to adapt to different tasks and learn quickly
