Job Description

Customer Support Representative provides exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, resolving issues and providing accurate information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional to customers.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise messaging.

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Accurately enter customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into CRM software or other databases.

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, ensuring high quality customer interactions.

 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution.

  • Proficient in CRM software, helpdesk tools, and other customer support technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with a difficult customer.

  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer's concern and frustrations.

  • Basic knowledge of analytic tools, including Google analytics or CRM metrics.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues.

Equipment Requirements 

To be an MVP, you must have your own reliable equipment and a stable internet connection. Minimum requirements include:

  • Computer/Laptop – At least Intel Core i5 (10th Gen or higher) / Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD for smooth multitasking. (Mac users: macOS Catalina or newer)

  • High-Speed Internet – Minimum 25 Mbps download speed for seamless video calls and online work.

  • Backup Internet – Mobile hotspot or secondary connection (recommended to avoid downtime).

  • Noise-Canceling Headset – For clear communication during client calls and meetings.

  • HD Webcam – Required for virtual meetings, training, and team collaboration. (Minimum 720p, recommended 1080p.)
