A Property Management Assistant provides administrative support to property managers, owners, and tenants, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth property operations.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages from tenants, owners and vendors.
Assist tenants with inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease-related issues.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Process rent payments, send reminders, and follow up on late payments.
Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including leases, invoices, and correspondence.
Prepare and distribute reports, such as rent rolls, vacancy reports, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, including contractor, suppliers, and service providers.
Proven experience in Property management, real estate, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in property management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of accounting and ability to prepare financial reports.
