We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead a passionate, international team of marketing and production specialists. This role is pivotal in managing SEO campaigns and overseeing the production of link building products. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Digital Marketing expertise, understanding the nuances of different digital channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Web Development and Social. Along with experience managing a team of 10+ people.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits to identify optimization opportunities.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content production.
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Develop and manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
Lead and manage the production team to deliver products efficiently and within budget.
Ensure all deliverables meet company SLA's and quality standards.
Guide team members in resolving specific concerns effectively.
Provide coaching to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
Resolve conflicts arising from differences in team members' personalities and traits.
Assist team members with their tasks whenever necessary.
Conduct regular reviews of placements to ensure compliance with SLA's.
Manage account managed placements and invoices.
Handle escalated placements, demonstrating problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Communicate effectively with the team, endorsing placements for follow-ups.
Keep track of aging placements and inform clients about delays.
Strategy and Reporting:
Develop and present comprehensive SEO and content production reports to stakeholders.
Analyze the performance of SEO campaigns and content production efforts, providing
Contribute to the development of integrated digital marketing strategies that include SEO, content marketing, social media, and PPC.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing production management.
Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and content production projects.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
