About the role
We’re looking for a remote (UK or EU only) Bid Writer to drive growth at Oxidian by owning our top of funnel ITT search and writing/managing bids. Your productivity will be augmented by our suite of in-house AI bid tools, designed to remove the tedious manual work involved in finding opportunities and writing bids.
This role is perfect for a generalist capable of parachuting anywhere into our operations, learning about a field they have never touched before, and executing competently in areas far outside their formal remit.
We’re willing to give enormous responsibility to people at any stage of their career if they demonstrate the right abilities to run with them.
In the role you will drive our bidding, by:
Taking ownership of our top of funnel ITT search (finding projects we could bid on)
Using our in-house AI bid tools to shortlist interesting bids
Owning bid management, including: structuring bids, drafting bids, coordinating with technical staff to create technical proposals, reviewing bids. All augmented by AI.
Helping to develop our in-house AI bid tools by testing in the real world and feeding back to our engineers.

Must have

An ability to thrive in ambiguity, tackling problems that might not be well defined and without obvious solutions.
You’re a fast learner and a hard worker.
You have the internal drive necessary to thrive working 100% remotely. People who need frequent in-person interactions and external pressures to be motivated do not do well at Oxidian.
