Manage after-hours and weekend call center operations, including answering phones and scheduling service appointments.
Dispatch technicians promptly and efficiently to job sites.
Adjust technician schedules as needed to handle emergencies or last-minute changes.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and concerns during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate systems for documents and client records.
Experience in scheduling or dispatching in ServiceTitan for 1+ year(s)
Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Services.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
