Proactively reach out to prospects (B2B) to generate new partnerships for Plastic Bank’s solutions. Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in various industries (e.g., consumer goods, packaging, and retail) that can benefit from our sustainable plastic solutions.
Build lasting relationships with customers, develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently exceed targets.
Leverage research to identify prospects that align with Plastic Bank’s vision and personalize your outreach to resonate with their sustainability goals.
Self-Starter with an Entrepreneurial Mindset: Motivated by results, works independently, and takes initiative to exceed targets. Some outside sales experience is a benefit.
Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in sustainability, circular economy, or social enterprise) is a bonus.
Sales Enthusiast: You love the challenge of outbound sales and thrive on building relationships with prospects that lead to meaningful business.
Stakeholder Management: Confidence in engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, CSR teams, R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal departments.
Lifelong Learning: A natural curiosity and eagerness to continuously develop your skills through reading, coursework, and formal sales training.
Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
IT/Technology experience: 1-3 years of software sales experience preferred
