ROLE: Amazon Technical Specialist

LOCATION: Remote
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, US Central Time
SALARY: Starts at $500/month
Salary is based on experience, with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.\
Manage Listings: Create, troubleshoot, and optimize product listings to ensure maximum visibility and performance.
Solve Technical Issues: Address and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Seller Central and other tools.\
Monitor Performance: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify and implement improvements.
Stay Updated: Keep up with Amazon policy changes, trends, and technical updates to ensure compliance.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, advertising campaigns, and inventory management.
Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues (e.g., suppressed listings, backend errors, etc.).
Proficiency with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
