About the Role:
As our Digital Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the bridge that connects our brand with its online community. From crafting engaging social media posts to designing powerful email campaigns, you’ll be key in driving brand awareness, fostering loyalty, and increasing engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies that amplify our brand voice.
Create captivating content (text, images, and videos) to build engagement and community.
Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies for growth.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster a loyal, active community.
Email Campaigns & Subscriber Engagement:
Plan, create, and send targeted email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Analyze email performance, and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Segment email lists and tailor content to increase engagement and drive sales.
Work with the team to ensure cohesive messaging across social and email platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content for email and social media.
