Position summary:
We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Email Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be assigned 3-4 clients who each need 12-15 emails designed per month. If you’re passionate about design and are looking to make the best career move of your life, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Design emails: Learn our trade secrets (and bring your own!) to create designs that impress clients and make them tons of money.
Collaborate: Work closely with our team to create masterpieces together.
Optimize designs: Staying in the same spot every day is botting. Life’s only fun when you’re getting better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better & better
Creative input: The best ideas win. If you see something one of us isn’t seeing, we want you to tell us.
What we’re looking for:
Strong skills in email design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Work ethic - some weeks you’ll work less than expected, some weeks you’ll work more. We do what it takes to get results for our clients.
Availability - work on your own hours while knowing when you’re likely to be needed and available.
Eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Bonus: skills in copywriting or general marketing are a plus!
Disqualifiers: Please DO NOT apply if you:
Are not passionate about design. If you’re not designing or doing design-adjacent things for fun in your spare time, you will not enjoy this role.
Are not comfortable with time management and flexibility. Don’t apply if you’re not comfortable turning around 3-6 emails per day on your own schedule + setting aside time for other design-related tasks like building templates, collecting inspo, competitor research, etc.
Are not independent. While you’ll be assigned tasks and given resources, you will not thrive if you struggle to come up with ideas, processes, and solutions on your own.
Are not a perfectionist. You will not enjoy this role if you are looking to get paid just to do the bare minimum. Clients love working with us because we have a high level of attention to detail, are obsessed with going above and beyond, and come up with ideas that even they wouldn’t have thought of.
Do not enjoy feedback. This role is a balance of your genius, client satisfaction, and our proprietary, ever-evolving process on our road to become the greatest email marketing agency on the planet.
ONE DAY EVERY BRAND WILL REALIZE HOW CRAZY IT IS TO WORK WITH ANY EMAIL MARKETING AGENCY OTHER THAN REAL WAY MARKETING. AND TEAM MEMBERS AT THOSE OTHER AGENCIES WILL BE BANGING ON OUR DOORS BEGGING FOR A CHANCE AT A POSITION AT REAL WAY MARKETING.
Pay & benefits:
Base Pay: $1,000/month part-time to start.
Growth Potential: Opportunity for higher pay if you advance to full-time or bring other skills & willing to take on additional responsibilities (e.g., copywriting, marketing, operations, admin, etc).
