Manage client accounts – Build strong relationships with engineering companies, understand their hiring needs, and offer recruitment solutions.
Negotiate and close deals – Ensure successful placements by qualifying both candidates and clients effectively.
Conduct phone-based sales – Engage potential clients and candidates through calls, present opportunities, and drive business growth.
Qualify engineering talent – Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit to match candidates with ideal roles.
Work remotely – Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while delivering results.
Experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (B2B experience is a plus!)
Strong negotiation skills – You know how to handle objections, close deals, and create win-win outcomes.
Excellent phone communication – Confident, persuasive, and engaging in sales conversations.
Self-motivated and results-driven – You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a professional setup.
