Wonderwalls is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality concrete retaining walls in Perth, Australia. We work with construction companies, developers, and homeowners to provide durable and aesthetically pleasing solutions for their projects. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Support Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM AWST (Same time zone as the Philippines)

Location: Remote (home-based)

What You’ll Do

As an integral part of our team, you’ll be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, financial, and customer service tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Accounts & Finance:

  • Process invoices for suppliers and manage payment matching

  • Handle accounts receivable (including invoicing and collections over the phone)

  • Track and manage retentions

  • Oversee accounts payable, supplier setup, and supplier payments

Administrative & Customer Support:

  • Perform data entry and email correspondence

  • Create and send emails to clients and suppliers

  • Track and respond to emails efficiently

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries

  • Maintain and update our tender database and workflow systems

  • Purchasing & Inventory Management:

  • Process orders and track inventory

  • Manage supplier purchasing and inventory control

  • Prepare and send out quotes to clients

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain Health & Safety and Quality Assurance documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with MYOB & ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

  • Customer service or sales support experience is a plus
