As a Campaign Manager, your main role is to set qualified appointments for SalezGen clients for processes we will train you for, manage end-to-end cold email campaigns, review work of the Campaign Assistant ensuring they meet all standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all other campaigns related tasks we will require you for.
Review and analyze campaigns created by the Campaign Assistant.
Ensure all campaigns comply with the required SOPs before launch.
Launch and manage cold email campaigns.
Handle Q.A for prospecting, list-building, and copywriting, email sending, CRM management, lead nurturing, lead qualification, campaign optimization, and appointment setting for SalezGen clients.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign activities.
Minimum of 6 months experience in cold email marketing & email appointment setting within the B2B space.
Excellent written English is a must.
Highly detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
Familiarity with Google applications, cold email software, online CRMs, booking calendars, and other online tools.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong work ethics.
Laptop/desktop with at least Intel i3 processor (11th to 13th gen | or equivalent specs) and 16GB RAM (2400Mhz).
Stable DSL internet connection with a backup Wi-Fi option.
Dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and background noise.
Must provide at least one valid character and professional reference.
Full-time availability, willing to work graveyard shifts/shifting schedules and do overtime when necessary.
