Work Nature:

• Full-time and Fully remote/Hybrid 

• Working hours: 40+ hours per week. 

• Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam

• Reporting Line: Web Design Team Leader / Product Owner

• Contacting points might include but not be limited to the Project Manager, Account Executive, SEO Executive

Responsibilities: 

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performance designs that align with our clients' goals. Your primary responsibilities include:

Web Design and Development:

• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive web designs that align with project objectives.

• Design and optimize user interfaces using WordPress, Wix, Duda CMS, and Elementor tools, ensuring mobile-first and responsive designs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all digital touchpoints.

User Experience (UX) and Optimization:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve UX and align designs with user needs.

• Optimize designs for SEO and performance, focusing on speed, accessibility, and responsive layouts.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to contribute to an inclusive user experience.

Creative Problem-Solving:

• Participate in design sessions to provide creative solutions for UI/UX challenges.

• Assist in testing and improving the design of new and existing products.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, tools, and best practices.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work closely with the team to understand and implement design requirements.

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and elevate the quality of web design projects.

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, development, and marketing efforts.

• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Design Quality Metrics:

• Consistency in adhering to brand guidelines across all web assets.

• User satisfaction ratings collected through post-launch surveys.

Performance Metrics:

• Page speed scores and mobile responsiveness ratings.

• Decrease in bounce rates and increase in user engagement metrics such as time-on-site.

Delivery Metrics:

• Timely delivery of design milestones and project deadlines.

• Number of successful design iterations based on feedback.

Collaboration Metrics:

• Feedback from developers and other teams on the quality and usability of designs.

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of experience in Web Design and proficiency in design tools

• Solid working experience with WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects, preferably with Duda CMS and Elementor.

• Good ability in English and can effectively communicate with the team.

• Desire to grow alongside a fast-growing company and team.

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and have good time management skills to well adapt to remote environment.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
