We are looking for an Account Manager / Customer Success Representative who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing their needs, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will work closely with our CEO to provide exceptional support and service to our clients.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
Assist clients in understanding our products and services, providing expert guidance and support
Monitor client progress and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes
Collaborate with CEO to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients
Gather and relay client feedback to the internal team to improve products and services
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Ensure timely follow-up with clients to address any issues or concerns
Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO
High client satisfaction and retention rates
Successful onboarding and integration of new clients
Clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams
Timely resolution of client issues and concerns
Accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Positive feedback from clients on the support and service provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a remote, startup environment
Located in Canada or USA
Previous experience in account management or customer success roles
Familiarity with Service as a Product business model
Familiarity with the B2B sales process
Experience in a remote work environment
