Responsibilities
Support Data Governance (DG) objectives by contributing to development and maintenance of our data quality program and other DG initiatives
Running data queries to identify data integrity issues between various data sources, coordinating the reconciliation and exception handling.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to identify and help implement data governance and data quality standards.
Data profiling - review source data, examine, analyze, and summarize data sets to gain insight into the quality of data.
Good understanding of data models in order to write/perform data validation and checks.
Creating and maintaining the data quality scorecard for all new integrations including monthly data updates for all applicable sites.
Highlighting any new data quality issues and findings to the data integration team.
Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
Ensuring that data standards compliance is made transparent across the Practice.
Documenting processes and maintaining data records.
Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.
Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.
Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.
Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel and SAS
