Responsibilities

  • Support Data Governance (DG) objectives by contributing to development and maintenance of our data quality program and other DG initiatives

  • Running data queries to identify data integrity issues between various data sources, coordinating the reconciliation and exception handling.

  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to identify and help implement data governance and data quality standards.

  • Data profiling - review source data, examine, analyze, and summarize data sets to gain insight into the quality of data.

  • Good understanding of data models in order to write/perform data validation and checks.

  • Creating and maintaining the data quality scorecard for all new integrations including monthly data updates for all applicable sites.

  • Highlighting any new data quality issues and findings to the data integration team.

  • Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.

  • Ensuring that data standards compliance is made transparent across the Practice.

  • Documenting processes and maintaining data records.

  • Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection.

  • Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.

  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL)

  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, PowerBI

  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests.

  • Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel and SAS
