You'll manage critical procurement tasks from end to end—driving fulfillment, solving supplier issues, and keeping our customers on schedule.
Input and manage customer orders and POs in SAP
Track delivery timelines and resolve procurement blockers
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation (incl. RMAs)
Align fulfillment with company goals and deadlines
Fluent in English and Spanish
3+ years in procurement, order processing, or related fields
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; Google Workspace and Asana
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable
Remote-ready: quiet space + reliable high-speed internet
Available Mon–Fri, 6AM–5PM EST + Saturday rotation
Required to work US public holidays

$15–$18 per hour (USD), paid hourly as a contractor
