This role is the heartbeat of our marketing workflow—managing timelines, vendors, content calendars, and campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast. You'll drive execution that fuels our growth and brand reach.
Coordinate campaigns across Google, Meta, TV, print, and more
Manage content and creative calendars across all channels
Lead timelines, budgets, and performance tracking for ad projects
Oversee vendor relationships and freelance contributors
Track key metrics, report outcomes, and inform marketing strategy
Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication
5+ years of marketing or advertising project coordination experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Asana
Strong grasp of advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta)
Understanding of print, TV, and attribution tracking workflows
Exceptionally organized, analytical, and resourceful
Self-starter with a remote-ready setup and high-speed internet
Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
