TruGuard Security Services is a leading provider of security services and uniforms. We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking a highly experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our appointment-setting campaign. This is a direct-hire position (not a call center) with a competitive salary, bonuses, and commission opportunities.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and leading a team of appointment setters to ensure high conversion rates and quality bookings. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Base Salary: MXN 30,000 per month
Bonuses & Commissions: Potential earnings up to MXN 50,000 per month

Team Leadership & Supervision
Oversee a team of appointment setters, ensuring performance goals are met
Provide daily coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
Monitor team metrics and implement strategies to increase efficiency Appointment Setting & Sales Strategy
Ensure high-quality appointment bookings for the sales team
Train team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and call strategies
Develop and execute sales outreach plans to improve conversions
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs, including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates
Analyze team performance and provide regular reports to management
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Technology & CRM Management
Must be proficient in GHL (GoHighLevel) and Google Workspace
Ensure the team properly logs and manages leads in the CRM
Utilize automation and tools to streamline appointment-setting processes
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales supervisor or team lead
Proven track record in appointment setting and lead generation
Strong computer and CRM skills (GHL and Google Workspace expertise required)
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a remote sales team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English with strong professional sales acumen
