Our services include on-site personnel, mobile patrols, and risk management consultation, committed to excellence, ensuring safety for our clients.We are seeking a highly qualified RFP (Request for Proposals) Sales Specialist to manage and drive public sector RFP opportunities. The individual will be primarily responsible for getting tenders and contracts from government, public, and city offices. The role requires substantial experience in working with public sector RFPs.
Opportunity Identification:
Identify new RFP opportunities; ensure engagement with prospective city, county, district, state & national level government agencies and public institutions; and engage in pre-qualification for bid submissions.
Documentation & Submission:
Work closely with sales and finance teams to collect, organize, and submit all required commercial and legal documentation promptly for public RFPs.
Legal & Contractual Understanding:
Interpret legal and contractual terms in RFPs and provide insights to internal teams, ensuring the company is well-prepared for all tender requirements.
Public RFP Management:
Manage the collection and preparation of necessary documentation to ensure TrueGuard qualifies and gets a contract.
Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison between internal teams, ensuring all submission requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Vendor Registration:
Ensure TrueGuard is registered and pre-qualified as a vendor with various government agencies and public institutions to maximize RFP opportunities.
Compliance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor and update compliance documentation, certifications, and qualifications required by different public institutions to maintain TrueGuard’s eligibility for RFP participation.
Bid Tracking & Follow-Up:
Maintain a detailed tracking system for all submitted bids, follow up with clients as necessary, and report progress and outcomes to the management team.
RFP Database Management:
To develop and manage a comprehensive database of public RFP opportunities, submission deadlines, and required qualifications to ensure proactive engagement.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments for each RFP submission, identifying potential legal or contractual challenges, and work with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with company objectives.
3-5 years of experience managing public sector RFPs, particularly in security services or related industries.
Proven ability to collect, prepare, and submit all necessary documentation for public tenders, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Experience collaborating with internal teams such as sales and finance to ensure successful RFP submissions.
Familiar with legal and contractual language, capable of interpreting and advising on tender terms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines for multiple RFPs simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Law, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in GoHiLevel CRM software and Google Office suite.
RFP Submissions:
Submit a minimum of 100 RFPs annually, with 25 per quarter.
Success Rate:
Achieve a minimum success rate of 10% (awarded contracts from submitted RFPs).
Timeliness & Accuracy:
Ensure all RFPs are submitted accurately and on time, meeting public institution requirements.
Remote Work:
This position is fully remote.
Hourly Pay Option:
Work from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (PST), Monday to Friday, for hourly compensation.
Commission-Based Option:
If working outside the designated hours (10:00 am to 12:00 pm PST), then you must work anytime between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST. Compensation will be commission-based, tied to the number of RFP submissions and success rates.
Performance Bonuses:
Additional bonuses will be awarded for RFPs that result in contracts for the company.
