Improve deliverability rates by implementing email/SMS best practices, monitoring blacklists, and resolving spam filter issues.
Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows within MailWiz, SendGrid, and Twilio for seamless digital communications.
Own content strategy develop high-converting email subject lines, SMS copy, and personalized messaging.
Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously A/B test for improvement.
Manage compliance and regulatory adherence (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure best practices.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new tools and optimize campaign automation.
5+ years of experience in digital engagement, email/SMS marketing, or digital collections. Hands-on experience with email and SMS automation platforms (MailWiz, SendGrid, Twilio, Mobiz, or similar).
Expertise in deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warm-up, list hygiene).
Strong content and copywriting skills (writing high-converting subject lines and SMS messages).
Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Familiarity with compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Experience using Twig functions for dynamic email templates (a plus).
SQL and analytics knowledge (a plus for segmentation and performance tracking).
