Incorporate diverse teaching techniques, including TBLT, role plays, and multimedia resources.
Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to promote student engagement.
Provide personalized coaching and support to students when necessary.

Ensure adherence to institutional academic policies and guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (required).
Proven experience teaching ESL to diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
Familiarity with CEFR guidelines and assessment techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
