Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality ESL lessons tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with CEFR standards and communicative teaching methodologies.

  • Incorporate diverse teaching techniques, including TBLT, role plays, and multimedia resources.

  • Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to promote student engagement.

  • Provide personalized coaching and support to students when necessary.

  • Participate in professional development sessions, workshops, and curriculum updates.

  • Collaborate with the academic team on student placement and assessment strategies.

  • Ensure adherence to institutional academic policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (required).

  • Proven experience teaching ESL to diverse age groups and proficiency levels.

  • Familiarity with CEFR guidelines and assessment techniques.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

  • Ability to create interactive, student-centered lesson plans.

  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
