Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

Experience in the industry (e.g., retail, healthcare, technology).
