Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

  • Process orders, returns, or exchanges as needed.

  • Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Experience in the industry (e.g., retail, healthcare, technology).

Working Conditions:
