Working Paws Training Inc. is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. Role Description:

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience to strengthen our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide information about our training programs, pricing, availability, and any other relevant details

  • Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the training team to address any emerging customer issues or concerns

  • Assist with the organization and coordination of events, classes, and workshops

  • Keep up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

  • Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and optimize processes

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the pet industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers and their pets

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
