Working Paws Training Inc. is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers via phone, email, and online chat. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience to strengthen our brand reputation.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy
Provide information about our training programs, pricing, availability, and any other relevant details
Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the training team to address any emerging customer issues or concerns
Assist with the organization and coordination of events, classes, and workshops
Keep up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and optimize processes
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the pet industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers and their pets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
