Data Entry Specialist

Working Paws Training, Inc., one of the leading providers of advanced dog training and behavior consulting services, is seeking a dynamic and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our company's data and information. This position offers a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour and the opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team to make a positive impact in the lives of dogs and their owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our company's database accurately and efficiently

• Review and verify the accuracy of data entered into the system

• Scan and file physical documents and records for easy retrieval

• Assist in data cleanup and maintenance to ensure data integrity

• Manage and update internal databases and spreadsheets

• Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested

• Stay informed and up-to-date on company procedures and policies related to data entry

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve data entry processes

• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies

• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar position

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A passion for dogs and their well-being is a plus!
