This achievement comes shortly after TestGorilla was listed as #1 for Talent Assessments on G2 based on both its popularity and satisfaction scores, and makes us even more motivated to reach our mission of placing 1 billion people in dream jobs with skills-based hiring.
A few months ago we released our annual industry report, The State of Skills-Based Hiring 2023. Data from the report demonstrates the ongoing momentum of skills-based hiring, which has now been adopted by 73% of employers. The hiring trend, which is certainly here to stay, is getting a lot of attention. High-profile business publications such as Forbes and Fortune are weighing in on the skills-based hiring conversation using data from the report.
